Doing YouTube searches mostly just st grilling burgers or chicken parts. I’m surprised there’s not more out there

There used to be a guy on the BBQ Brethren site, goes by the moniker Phubar, who had some AMAZING cooks on the CGA. A quick google search using 'Phubar' and 'BBQ Brethren' pops up a bunch of links, but it appears all of his pics are being held for ransom by photobucket.
