Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn’t?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I’ve amassed a nice collection, but I’m missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

Having cooked more tri tips than I care to remember, I can honestly say that one looks excellent....both inside and out.

Nice mahogany char and medium rare/medium on the inside. You even cut it correctly!

For your first time, you crushed it!

Awesome job Joe. Gotta say that the Weber wine glass tops it all off.

Thanks all, I will be doing tri tip many times again. There is only one place that i know of to buy tri tip here in Atlanta but it 1 mile away from home. They don't have it often though, time to go talk to the butcher there
