Bone a bird
« on: January 26, 2018, 05:08:05 PM »
Ok I have a new found appreciation for butchers coz it bloody ain’t as easy as they make it look. The next time I see a butcher I’m guna shake his hand with what fingers I have left after today haha

2 birds both been in butter milk all night , one is plain for the family

The other well that’s for me butter milk garlic powder ,sp, whole pouch of chipotle rub and the crown jewel 3 home grown Carolina reapers

Well got there just to me time it’s a bit more butchered that butchered if u follow my drift but didn’t bugger the skin

Bit of rub , double cream Brie ,bacon, garlic butter which I’ve also stuffed under the skin

Chicken pillow [emoji102] I figured cook it upside down indirect heat 250 for 2 hrs

Also fry up some bacon in coconut oil to make bacon dust

Now onto the rack of lamb

I’ll be back

Looks 100% yum. Brie in chicken.  Drool... What's buttermilk do for flavour of the chook? Want to see what you do with the lamb.
