First SNS attempt on the cabin cado

Hey all.  I brought the new SNS up to the cabin this weekend, and thought a thick T-bone would be good to try my first time using it.  I think it came out pretty good.  It took a while to get the charcoal going, but it was also 10 degrees out.  I had some furry forest friends hanging around the yard, and visiting the mineral block.
