Cracked mine out for thanksgiving. ABTs as an app, and then finished off some breast (12 hrs @ 130) & leg (12 @ 150, then 12 w/ the breast) sous vide turkey. Awesome all around.

Nice red.  I really need to break out my red 18 for some cooks.  It's been a while.
