So the weekend has come to an end here in Australia and so to has an epic adventure myself and another WKC Australian member embarked on.

We covered 4400km or 2750miles in 36 hours meeting up at a pub in a little country town named Parkes in NSW
Not only was it a massive distance and a huge effort, 3 hours into Ian's trip he hit a massive roo and destroyed the front of his car.
That wasn't going to stop this trade from happening lol he got towed into the closet town hired a car swapped out the gear and managed to only lose an hour doing it.
Now I'm home looking back at how awesome this adventure was and the memories it has left me, I'm wondering how far have you fellas traveled to either buy or trade?

In total there was 6 trades between 7 different members and the Items were

B code black 26
Red SSP
Sage performer
Blue go anywhere
Red, brown and black 18
Blue 22 bowl
2 jarrah tables
Corn and potato ring.

Epic road trip. I happened to be a participant in one of those trades. Thanks @toebone for the transport of my latest acquisition. Thanks to @Antisven84 for the trade.

Yeah that kinda puts any "normal" 2-5 hour kettle hunt to pasture.

Nice work, gents! Now let's see them grills.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

Great work guys!

I love Epic road trip like this. I had a similar distance road trip to Denver Co. from Toronto Canada to pick up my Yellow last year.  I got detained going to US at the US border crossing for 2hrs since they did not believe my story why I was going all the way to Denver and coming back so early. They checked all my records, questioned me, and took my cell phone to check anything suspicious but found nothing.

Did you cook the roo? Great story and epic trades! Glad he's safe after the accident.

Swapped my Red SSP for the blue CGA. Might seem strange to some folks, but there are more blue GA's amongst grillfellas than red SSPs that I know of.

Now that's a story, I did also have a run in with the law, but only due to having a heavy foot lol but didn't get detained.
