WHOA!!!! That is a thumbscrew brownie. Legit!! This is THE FIRST example of a pre PAT brownie outside of the '69 catalog. This has to be an October-December '68 kettle. That is friggin sweet!



The 1969 catalog showed thumbscrew brownies but were already friction PAT PENDING leg sockets in '69. This color was not featured in the '68 catalog. This is as early as it gets for a brownie.

The porcelain would have still been cooling on the final Chestnut Coppertone 22s likely just days before this brownie would have been made.
