Cleaned everything up. Painted the ash bucket.

New gas assist and sweeps went in.

And now off to the caster store...

pretty much all set... not real happy with the casters i picked up but they should do until the ones from amazon show up.

I think maybe i put the sweeps in wrong... on the open symbol they're closed and closed on open. And should they rotate enough to completely clean the ashes out?

Can you remove the handle, rotate the sweeps 180 degrees, then reinstall the handle? That should synch open/closed with the position of the handle.
