Ok, here's the story ... I have my 2015 MT black and I love it. See photo with my roti ring.

It's cool and I like the black on black.. but.. I just scored a NIB 2015 Smoke for 130 and I like the color also! This is a shot of what it looks like with the ring.

My wife says I should keep the smoke and sell the black !

HELP !  What should I do ??

Keep both! Use the roti with the black and use that grill just for rotisserie, and use the smoke for regular grilling!

I'm not in the states :-) I already have 3 grills I use all the time and just picked up a Plum 57 cm that I don't know what I'm going to do with.

The purest in me says that I should keep the Black.
The lover of cool colors in me says I should keep the new Smoke!
Smoke would have new tight legs also! I move my grill a lot and the legs get loose !

I have to pick one of them ! :-(

Who does the cooking? You? You decide. I know, my wife don't like it either. But I bring in the bacon. LOL

I fire up my Weber's almost every day so I'm the cook.
My question is more over the color and what would other grillfella's pick?
My house is up for sale and I want to down size so I will only have one large kettle.. and for many more years.
Now I have the chance to change color or do I stay with standard black ?

Keep the smoke. Colors are harder to find and replace.

Mr. Hardstone

I'm not a huge fan of the smoke, and it looks even less appealing to me with the black roti, so if you HAVE to pick one, I'd go with Black.

Normally, I'd say black all the way. But put a SS CB Roti on the Smoke, and that might get me thinking. Well, for a minute anyway.

Good idea but they don't sell them (SS CB) here in Europe :-(  and I already have the Weber black roti.

Since you have to get rid of one. My opinion is keep the smoke, that color looks amazing! Leave black with the house when you sell it. It would be a great housewarming gift for the new owner.

If the plum 57 has ash bucket then I'd sell the black. If it does not have ash bucket then I'd dismantle the black and install on plum then sell the black.

The plum is the most rare you have. You ain't gonna get another one of those. The smoke is rare but IMO less so than the plum. The black is a common item but I have 0 fear of abusing the crap out of my blackies.

If I could only choose 1..it would be the plum. But I have weberitis so I would have to keep all 3.

You can re-acquire Black any day used , smoke is hard to find and who knows it might get extinct in couple of years. So keep the smoke and keep smoking on it :).

So your wife decides which bbq's you have?

I see a lot of room at your place and another smoker back there. Do you want to keep both Webers? That's what most of us would do......I did not reach my happy place till about 15 or so.
"Why do you have so many bbq's?"....."I just like lookin' at em' sometimes....and I have enough purses and shoes"
