So this is the 3rd speckled Smokey Joe I have found. This latest one looks to be in pretty good shape, bought at an estate sale. The first one I had was the interconnected legs like I see on most the other SJ's. This one has 3 rods for legs, wondering if it's older, but still has the offset wood handle.

I plan on cleaning this one them selling. Would like any and all input.

Love this club, you guys and gals are a special group! I have a new appreciation for webers and am still on the hunt for a yellow one!

Thanks,  Mike

Great find @Unklejunkers!  From the catalogs it looks to be in the 68-71 time frame, definitely earlier then the versions with the connected legs.

You can see the catalogs here: http://weberkettleclub.com/old-weber-catalogs/

Wanted: Burgundy 18"

This is the one I found last year, kind rough shape, missing a leg.

Not sure how to value, so I plan to post on Ebay and let the market decide the price. I will post a link for the auction when started.

Thanks, Mike
