At SOME point, they need to consider only the red-kettle-grill-image to be iconic enough. Apple did it years ago with ... an apple with a bite taken out. But Weber's thinking is weirdly, "Could be anyone's, so let's clearly identify it!"

It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

I wish they would have put the thermo through the lid vent somehow.  That is were we all want it!  Or between the vent and the lip of the lid would be sweet too.    Ordered mine today!

My sister has a cricut machine and was able to print out a weber grill for me on iron on vinyl. I have yet to put it on a shirt but the machine is pretty cool.

Hey Red, ya i can get the kettle at my Weber dealer, i was talking about the shirt's and hat's from weber,for some reason it won't let me order...
