I like everything about it and I'm trying real hard not to buy it.  If I see it at my local ACE in a couple months I'll be screwed.

Even if the new red grill DID come with the warming rack, baskets and GBS, there would still be someone bitching about it (taco handle, wheels, vent position etc.) Can't we just be happy that classic red is back!?

Nope.   It does not matter what they come out with, someone will always complain.  They could have redone a Glen Blue perfectly and some people would still be complaining that the metal is too thin or it shouldn't have a one touch cleaning system.  Some people are only happy when they are complaining.

I have no intention to buy one of these, but I don't want to ruin for it those that are, by bad mouthing it.  Nor do I want to piss off Weber so they say forget it and not try it again with a yellow.
. When will the yellow be available!

I can't deny that seems like an outstanding shade of red. I only hope too many underpaid Chinese workers don't get cancer making mine.

Yes thanks for the update pix Matt.

I like the large, Summit-style lid damper handle. And even most of the other black except for the wheels, which looks like the white trim snapped off. Just like on the old one I just picked up. I'd be tempted to paint portions of those wheels red or white.
It's the iconic symbol for the backyard. It's family/friends, food and fun. What more do you need to feel everything [is] going to be all right. As long as we can still have a BBQ in our backyard, the world seems a bit of a better place. At least for that moment. -reillyranch

That little kettle logo in the center of the wheel would look nice in white...

I just preordered 2, they are "Christmas decorations". I wished I was loaded as I would line the edge of the driveway with them.

I am really looking forward to seeing this in person.  Looks like it's standard kettle height according to Amazon.

A Canadian posting a picture of an American president is just so precious!
