Wow, thank you all for the kind words!
This is such a fun hobby and I get a ton of enjoyment out of cooking on, searching for and cleaning up old grills. There's something about the simplicity of a kettle that speaks to me. The design just makes sense, and with all the different accessories and techniques to try there is always something new and fun to test out all while producing awesome food... what's not to love?!? Combine that with the cool vintage/retro colors and designs and I quickly found my "vice"
At this point I don't expect to add too many more to the stable. My collection has evolved quite a bit over the years but now I tend to focus on MBH, wood lid handle kettles as they are my fav's. There are a specific couple grills I'd love to track down someday but I certainly am not holding my breath... and no it's not a Westerner
