So many great looking cooks and pics and what not for the founders bday today. Great job by everyone! I really love all the vintage kettles, accessories and of course, WNC's pic. You're the winner dude.
Cooked out on 3 kettles today. Smoked some abt's and BBQ bologna on my freckled redhead using the TTT that Hoosier sent me. Using apple wood that kettlebb sent me.
Had the big black iron skillet on the performer running the simmer heat and the lil' black 18" for the sear. No vintage stuff, just fun cooking!

Gotta try that bologna sometime. That all looks like a fun day. It's great using multiple kettles.

It's actually my first day of vacation. Heading an hour and change south to pick up a Metal table Performer without its lid, bowl or gas assist components.  The guy I bought it from built a really nice Wood table so he didn't need the rest which I'm really happy to get.  A guy at work is getting the Blue 2nd Gen so I've got some space at the dock for the new workhorse which will feature the metal table second gen Crate and Barrel Dove Grey.

So long story short I'm up because I can't sleep because I'm psyched for this morning's adventure.

Kinda bummed that I agreed with a seller of a NIB WGA with wooden handles on a price and he hasn't responded in a couple days because it's on the same general route and I could get both done this morning
