The chicken turned out great. I felt like a little kid on Christmas when I seen it on the front porch pulling into the drive. I used Royal Oak lump, and a chunk of apple wood. I'm taking it to my in-laws on Sunday to cook a Turkey on it. I think this time I'm going to use briq's, I feel like R.O Lump burns hotter, but the briq's burn a little longer.

Here is a great tutorial video on how to truss and put a turkey on a rotisserie.  Placement of the forks on a turkey are important.

I've been looking at the rotisserie for awhile but have not purchased one yet. After reading all your responses I probably need to get one. Do you cook the chicken / turkey with the lid off or closed?

It's always better when you're cooking on a Weber!

Always with the lid on, except when taking pictures that is.

The onions serve three purposes: to add flavor of course, to hold the stuffing in, and serve as a mechanical device to keep the chickens from flopping around while spinning...
