I've been trying to meet up with the seller of this grill for a few months now. We made it happen this past Saturday.  Found on CL.
Clean up was relatively easy. Dish soap and some light razor scraping in the bowl.
Before the bath.

Missing a cooking grate.

The speckled color looks fantastic!

After cleaning.

Overall it's in very nice condition. Porcelain loss with rust is mostly around the legs. Surface rust along sharp edges of rim and some on the edge of top vent. All vents were in great shape and movable. The handle needs light sanding to remove the varnish that's peeling off.

Wow, that cleaned up really well. I'm guessing it's from the mid 60's. I can't believe they held it that long for you. Was it from the original owner?

I love these speckled SJs. Congrats.

Not sure on the age. Early to mid 60's?
Yeah, we had some issues trying to connect. It all worked out. She was very nice, and didn't have a problem holding. She said it wasn't taking up much room. I made it worth her while to hold. I brought her a gift of a variety of different cheeses from a local cheese maker, and paid her well above her asking price.
I believe she was the original owner. We didn't get to chat much. I had my dog along for the ride, and she was more interested in my dog than talking about grills.   Can you believe that!
