I got the Maverick 733, some weber high temperature gloves and a weber instant read thermometer. Overall a great Christmas!!

@varekai I'll have to research that salt plate. Have no idea about the usefulness and what it can do. Looks neat though.

@kettlebb, you can cook a steak on it after bringing it to temp, and then after you clean it up, throw it in the freezer and serve a salted caramel banana split on the dang thing... I just like different ways of cooking. Can't wait to fire this thing up! I also got a couple of other "grills" that I'll post later and elsewhere!
