This pizza cook consisted of two plain, cheese pizzas and one with sausage, peppers and onions. Fennel seeds are at the top of my list of things to avoid, so no Italian sausage for this pizza. Instead, I used some Johnsonville Brats I had leftover from a previous cook. I removed the casing and browned the sausage in a CI skillet.
I made a single batch of the dough that I like and cut it into equal thirds. Then, I got all of the toppings chopped and ready to go. Once all of that was set, I built my fire the same way I always do. Same set-up, same everything...
