Does anyone know whether Weber ever made a gray 22.5" grill?

LightningBoldtz

Yes they did, I think it was in the 90's not to be confused with the sun faded blacks out there.
I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

Any pictures of what you're looking at?

Officially, 1963 (two tone) and again in 1990 and 1991 (monotone) were there actual grey kettles. Later on in the 2000s-early '10s some high end retailers sold a dark grey performer model.

I've asked the guy to send pix.  Also asked if it has wood or plastic handles.  Wants $30.

This is was his ad said: One used, not abused, Weber charcoal grill. It is 22" in diameter, grey in color. It is an older grill. I believe it has one small dent and a scratch on the lid. Great for the Fourth of July.

It is very easy to confuse a faded black with a grey. Pictures will confirm what it is though.
