For the throwdown and my family I made cheese burgers that use Kaukauna brand cold pack cheddar.  This is bacon and jalapeño cold pack.

I fired up my trusty Performer and got the cast iron grate nice and hot.  All burgers are approximately 1/3#.
After the burgers were done I placed the buns on for a bit to toast.  The cold pack was at room temp so it would spread easy.
Your burgers are plated up with the awesome bacon potato salad my wife made.

Nice! Love the idea of a bacon jalapeño cheese spread!

There's a burger joint here that uses a sharp cheddar spread. Ooy gooy goodness.
Still need a 22" yellow

That wouldn't happen to be the Paradise Pup down by the Des Plaines River would it?

It is where I got my idea from.

Great photo of the full plateUP :)   I really liked your idea of the bacon and jalapeño cold pack  ...  cold package allows the flavors to blend, cool.
