One of the most unique culinary experiences I have ever attended. Almost everything is open pit fire roasted. The amount of food, wine,spirits and beer was amazing. Whole heritage pig(studded with black truffles & rotisserie roasted), lamb, goat, salmon, tuna, oysters, rabbit, ribs, "black pig" bacon, pretty much everything. There are also butchery demonstrations. Expensive but considering once you enter the event grounds, everything is unlimited. I would recommend not driving to and from this event with the amount of beer, wine & spirits you have access to. The event is at the Charles Krug Winery in St, Helena, California.
