How much water fits in that tiny water pan?

Don't guestimate, i need a measurement.

It's for science ;)

I am not a collector, but I do have a small collection.

Not at 2-3/4 cups, that's barely a start.  ;)

@Troy   Have and used a Smokenator for at least a couple of years.  Stopped using the "small" container very early on.  Filled the space with charcoal & wood, then set a larger loaf pan full of water on the spot where the itsy-bitsy-waterpan went.  Get far more time-between-refills.  Mainly used for Ribs and Turkey.  What's your goal ???                             SJ

working on an in-depth review of the slow'n'sear and how it compares to the smokenator.
it spanks the smokenator, but i wanted to include some specifics

Now I see said the blindman  ...  don't forget to factor in the footprint  ...  I can cook an 18lb turkey L&S in an elevated basement w/ my Smokenator  ...  haven't tried that w/ my SnS  ...  the SnS is huge in comparison ???                             SJ

Great! Thank you!!

Yeah thats right the smokenator with the hoover grill gives you three levels to cook from in the 22.5". Whereas the slow n sear only gives you two levels max. Now the SnS looks like it would be more comfortable in a 26.75" grill and I think there's a smokenator for the bigger grill so if possible test the SnS against both smokenators. This review should be very interesting to read.
