Pork Steaks -Skillet Roasted Spuds -Huckleberry Buckle

Marinated some pork steaks in Yoshida's sauce and mixed up the ingredients for the Cakes and crumb topping .



The spuds are peeled and put in a skillet with chicken broth , seasoned and topped with butter . Roast until tender and garnish with fresh thyme

I think it's spelled Yoshida's :). It's a teriyaki style sauce

Holy crap. Great looking cook - again killing it with the desert too. But it looks like you might need to consider a larger grill soon 8)

Nice setup, I should consider a move, if I left stuff uncovered on a table the whole plate would disappear under a layer of fly & ants...
