@SmokenJoe - Good eye! Yes, a sacrifice needed to be made to make this all come together and my performers were on the chopping block. I sold 4 sweet SS's all within a week - C&B Green, Copper, and Two Red. They were all great cookers and in top notch condition. I will miss the green and copper in particular, but I got good value out of them and am more than thrilled with what I ended up with
The plan is to start using my vintage kettles more often and use the black 26 as my workhorse cooker. It's fun to mix it up and use something special now and again.
I do still have one Performer being used in my smoker cart so I didn't go 100% cold turkey
