My first attempt at a roti

Rotisserie arrived yesterday, weather did not allow use.
While this is not up to Nate's standard, here are a few (poor) attempts at showing what I achieved...










Sorry about the poor image quality but the chicken was great!


It had been brinned overnight. Small chicken, approx 3 lbs, 1 gal of water, 1 cup of salt, 2/4 cup of sugar, 2 a bay leaves, 3 large crushed garlic cloves, a dash of pepper corns. 

Stuffed with 1/2 a med orange.

trussed and a slight covering  salt and pepper (probably overkill)

1 1/2 hours  cooking ( would have been less if i hadn't been confused with imperial and METRIC)!

A good reason alone for the UK  to leave the EEC !!!!!    ;)   :)  (UK election night )

The rotisserie is the best way to cook chicken I think! Yours looks great!

I agree it does look good and Rotis are the way to go!
Wanted: 18" Platinum any color will work
This is my Kettle there are many like it but this one is mine......
