Over the weekend, we decided that on my day off (Tuesday), I will fire up the Kettle Pizza. That said, I also wanted some Cedar Plank Salmon.
First, we started with a few Pizza options.
This was my favorite. Peppercini peppers, bacon, and pepperoni.
After the grill came down to normal temps, I removed the Kettle Pizza setup in favor of a regular grill so I could cook the salmon.
I sliced some lemons thin and made them as a bed between the salmon and the plank. Then I lightly brushed the fish with olive oil. Finally a sprinkle of salt and pepper before putting on the grill.
