I've been in love with that stuff for years, ever since my wife brought me some from France.

Smoke some ribs with a salt free rub and sprinkle some of that on after the glaze is set. It's magical, and its actually a secret weapon of many winning bbq teams.

While I was expecting coal in my stocking, my secret santa came through in a big way and treated me extra special!

Well folks, it looks like I was also spoiled BIG TIME by Kettle Claus! Thank you so much Jeff (@LightningBoldtz) this was really thoughtful and extremely generous of you. Honestly, I'm blown away!

Currently I am sitting here stuffing my face with the most amazing candied almonds that I have ever tasted... for two reasons. 1) My wife will be home in T-minus 30 min and I need to get my ration before they all disappear completely! and 2) Straight-up, these should be classified as a narcotic. I cant stop!

Also included in this stash of goodies was a weber style tool holder, some 7402 charcoal rails, and a SWEET weber fish basket accessory. Oh and last but not least some homemade smoked sea salt!

Thank you so much Jeff - I love accessories and cooking so you hit it out of the park.

Ok well now that I have opened my eyes a little wider that God gave me and after pulling my head out of my rear end, I realized that my gift is from ICARRY! Thank you very much again and I plan to cook it up this weekend with the family. Merry Christmas!

Got my package over the weekend, but wanted to share close to closer to xmas day. Nice SS kebab rack and a handy IR thermo. I can't wait to use them while I am home during the break. I think I know who my Santa was😎

Thanks to my West Coast Secret Santa I am the proud owner of this bad boy. CIDO lids are no match for the heavy metal I now wield!

Love the heirloom quality of this thing. I can picture my great grandkids using it someday.
