Bombay Curry Pork Tenderloin, Tiger Prawns, Prosciutto Asparagus & Smashed Reds

It's a beautiful Sunday evening so I figured why not take advantage of it!

On the Menu for tonight is:

- Bombay Sweet Curry Pork Tenderloin (pineapple, mango, papaya, kiwi and herbs)
- Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus with red/orange/yellow peppers
- Jumbo Tiger Prawns marinating in a Pacific Rim Wok Sauce
- And finally some Smashed Red Potatoes!

I'm only through the prep and am starving already More grill and plated pics to follow!






And as if dinner alone wasn't going to be sweet enough, I also get to watch my Canucks hand a loss to @zavod44's Blackhawks tonight at 7 PST.
