1974 Red Weber Kettle......
« on: June 27, 2014, 03:22:06 PM »
Picked up this grill at an estate sale a while back.  Finally getting to some detailed pictures. This grill was purchased from the original owner who was downsizing.  It was not used much and is in nice condition.

Harris, I have to ask, did they get this kettle new in 1974? I'm asking because I've been wondering if 22's were changed to large bowl tabs in '74 and 18's in '75. I've seen lime (color debut 1974) 18s with small bowl tabs but all 22 limes seen to date have large bowl tabs. Just curious. Again, gorgeous kettle.

Cool, Keep us posted G$! That's why I'm wondering if this is a '75 model made in late '74 possibly.. Kind of like Car model years..
