So, I contacted Weber and they are sending me a new Weber Gourmet Grate.  I worked with Melissa in customer service and she was great and very helpful.  Weber has another happy and satisfied customer.  This is another reason why I love Weber products.

 They are the best when it comes to stuff like this.....

You can still fix up the old one & have backup / spare parts too !!!!!
