Performer Cover
« on: January 02, 2014, 12:50:57 PM »
Is there a cover currently in production for an SS Performer?  If not, what is thw part number for thw original one?

I have a cover on mine but it doesn't fit too well. I'm nearly positive it is of a normal Performer.

You need part number 8701.  Weber told me they still were making them in mid July of 2013.  The newer covers definitely won't fit the SS models.  Good luck!

Just got one for Xmas, so Weber still has them.  Box says part #8701 like Jeff mentioned.
I've always had gas...  And now a bunch of kettles because of this place.  Thanks!

Anyone know the cost of one off the top of their head. I need two of them. I was told me the other day by the girlfriend that the performers could be out on the patio and the other grills stored in the garage out of the way. So my performers need some covers.
Looking for--- a yellow mbh any size, sequoia ( I know I am dreaming), avocado any size, brownie any size.

Try these guys.

http://www.allpartsgrills.com/ecommerce/premium-weber-performer-charcoal-grill-cover.html

I bought three covers from them in September or October I think it was.  They were $39 and change each at that time plus $10 shipping for all three.  That was the last three they had in stock at that time and the best price I could find.
