Tried them out tonight with some corn on the cob, they worked great. I fired up both the Q and the Performer, corn and steaks on the performer, onion and red potatoes (quartered) on the Q, what a feast.
Soaked the cobs in cold salt water for about 2 hours, husked and then lightly coated in canola oil before wrapping in foil - definitely my favorite way to make corn on the cob. I really like how these held the cobs over the hot coals but not laying on the grate... 0 burnt kernels and oh so juicy and crisp, big hit tonight.
