Brick red & Maroon (or is it a plum) comparison

For those who are interested I took a few pics of a maroon(or is it a plum) (DA) and a brick red (AU) lid next to each other to show the difference in color. I'll try to get better pictures from an actual camera instead of my phone soon.

Thanks for posting those! They're both nice colors. Its too bad Weber only did the maroon's for only 2 years or so. It was the first color to replace "outlaw" red. Though Jeff has or had a 1997 Master Touch that looks close to the brick red, I think....  :-\  Jeff?

Don't worry, so is most everyone else. The one I have on the left is no doubt a plum color. The one on the right is Jeff's and its maroon. Yours on the left looks just like my plum. The brick red is less maroon than it is brownish...at least that's what my brick red performer looks like. Maybe the Kraft one is more maroon than brick red. Confused yet?!?!

It's weird, on the first pic I like one better but zoomed in I like the other. You realize we are getting worse than chick's with shoes.
