Chicken Leg Quarters are probably my favorite cut from a chicken, and they were on sale SUPER cheap not that long ago. Yesterday was gorgeous out so it was time to grill up some leg quarters.
I dried them off and then rubbed a little olive oil and rub onto them. The rub was a mix of Brown Sugar, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Old Bay, Chilli Powder, and Rosemary.
Then I got my kettle nice and hot with some lump
Seared them for about 3 minutes on each side and then moved them to indirect heat for 45 minutes. This is at about 22 minutes of indirect
This is the final product, skin was super crispy and the meat was nice and moist.
