I wonder what'll happen next with these star spangled kettles at my local Walmart, or any other Walmart for that matter.  Will they reduce the price even further or remove them all together?  They're still holding at $98 with the same exact boxes on the shelves.  Walmart.com, the Walmart app on my phone and weber.com still have them at $149.

I have noticed this as well. The $98 online deal didn't last very long.
And, most if not all of the stores that listed them as in-store, are no longer indicating so.

I checked online for store availability and found none anywhere in CT, so ordered one online this a.m. for $98. It was weird though, because it showed $149, but then somewhere on the page, $98 appeared. I can't recall if it was via a link from the first page or not. Before I ordered, I checked the various payment options. This took me off that $98 page, and when I returned to it, the $149 was back. But I found the $98 again. I ordered it at 8:15am, it was delivered at 3:45pm. Wth.

They will be a hot item next Fourth of July for the 250th celebrations!
