Can wet lump charcoal be dried out and used?  If so, will it heat up the same and last as long?
Had a storm come through and the high wind blew a lot of rain onto two bags of Fogo I thought would be safely protected by the overhang. The bags were completely soaked.

In my experience its tough to get the same temps out of charcoal thats been damp, but you can prob salvage it for low n slow

Be prepared for it to pop and spark. I had a couple of chimneys worth of Rockwood that got wet, and it popped like mad even after it was apparently dry.
