What protein is being served with the potatoes?

I like it and want to try potatoes soon.  What's your method, and would you change anything?  I was thinking of wrapping mine in foil with some olive oil and sea salt....

Also in a 22” . I am lucky enough to own one. all my friends that give me crap about having multiple Weber’s . They always think the homer grill is pretty cool. Lol

@Samuel , it's a 22 like @Dc_smoke309 said.  @bamakettles I used two old school baskets and rotated the taters half turn to keep them from burning.  I'd used less than full baskets (vortex) next time. I was in a hurry and needed to go hot and fast ( one was a little over done).  @AZ2FL   pork chops got the call (no pics)
