Question about GBS
« on: September 07, 2019, 05:56:36 AM »
I was wondering if anyone could help me. Is it possible for the GBS griddle to be used as a lid for the GBS wok? I really want a GBS Dutch oven but I can’t find one. I thought that this setup might work as a substitute. Any thoughts?

I don't know how that would work, but I would probably just find an actual dutch oven and use that instead.  There are always used Dutch ovens you can pick up at yard sales, antique shops, and etc.  You could also just pick up a new lodge dutch oven at Walmart or Amazon.  If a dutch oven ends up being too tall for the lid to close you can always get a skillet that has taller sides with a compatible lid.  The one upside to picking one up at a brick and mortar store is that you can always take it home, at least set it on the grill and see if you like or dislike the sizing.
