I'm so glad I kept my 18" kettle. She was my very first kettle and once I caught a case of Weberitis I actually had it up for sale so that I could get another toy to play with. Luckily, nobody took the bait and she stayed with me. Well I'm driving to California this week and she's making the trip with me. Fits perfectly in the trunk of my car with room to spare. I'm even thinking of bringing along my CGA and my GGA for the hell of it. Road trip with my two sons, my dog, and my Webers. What could be better than that?

Yes! I love my 18.5 OTG black port-a-kettle. Dis/assembly is quick and easy, and as you say, it uses little trunk space. Weber wherever.
