This is currently the wifes favorite! Loins have been cheap so we have been chopping them up. An 8lb loin is enough for a bbq or slow cooker roast, 2 to 3 pounds of stir fry meat out of the mixed light dark end and the rest is chopped into inch thick chops. 4 or 5 nights worth of dinners for 10 to 15 bucks.

Fyi I am both checking out the wkc app and trying to post more cooks.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Looks good. The app is what I use. 99% of my participation and viewing is on my phone.

I do use the desktop and regular website from time to time. Lots of good info and pictures that's not really accessible on the app. Or if it is it isn't as easy to find.

Yes the app is much easier to post with! Using the website on my phone was not working out well. You are right it is still best for research.

Good looking chops there, man. I agree that those loins are a great buy for multiple meals.
