They are called Smoke Staxx Pans. Was able to smoke three meats and abt in one WSM

(Then, I thought... well, the SnS was $130, and I love mine. But you only buy one...)

Looks like the next big thing. Unfortunately i don't own a wsm and not planning to have one any time soon.

They've been discussed here, personally I think they are a waste of money, poor design and not gonna be easy to clean.. and smoke goes up, not down and around... but i could be wrong. Glad you liked them, but not for me.

the sns is worth every penny before the thought of where it starts to be overpriced.
