On new MBH secured for me by db3694. I love this thing. Real nice condition, vents all perfect, heavy-duty old grate that seems barely used.

Also used new Inkbird ibt-4xs for first time. Will give a review later on that.

Cooked a picnic pork roast with typical Mexican seasonings, shredded it, then seared that in cast iron, then assembled carnitas on grilled tortillas with avocado, pickled onions, cilantro, jalapeƱo, cream fresca, mango, queso fresco, a little fresh salsa and a squirt of lime juice.

Happy with the Inkbird, too. Easy to use, good bluetooth range, four probes, and the tech guys at AmazingRibs say it is within 1 degree of verified temps. Seems solid, and the app has a decent amount of settings and options. The display on the base toggles from probe to probe to probe, every couple of seconds. The bottom pic shows the temps displayed in the app -- in this case, the top is food temp, and the next one is grill temp.
