I chopped the peppers, onion and a little jalapeƱo and tossed in oil, Tony's, and chili powder and cooked in the skillet. Skirt steak and chicken seasoned the same. I decided to simply spread the coals evenly and it worked really well.

And some chicken for the dog.

Simple, delicious, and on point, brother. Great job!

I picked up a flank steak on sale the other day for this same recipe. Hitting the farmers market on Saturday for some fresh veggies.

I hear ya there. I keep thinking of some sort of green type salsa verde shit to go with it. Them southern western fellas got some good recipes. Not so much in our parts.

What Travis said. Great job. My first try was the CI on the grill and the fire was WAY too hot. I think the chicken was cooked in 1 minute. Almost grease and oil fire. CI heats up fast on a kettle.
