Yeah, one of these just popped up on CL recently. I can't remember where. It looks very similar. Would need more pics to confirm.

If I'm not mistaken, this style of firepit has been available across the pond since 2014.

The Weber Fireplace #2750 was available from my company's internal reward zone site this summer.   I had no points to spend on it so it was not an option for me.   Looked to be $70-$100 value based on other Weber MSRP prices.   
My corporate office is in Glenview IL so I am sure the Chicago connection has something to do with the US availability.  This looked to be the only non-US Weber item we had available on the site

My companies reward zone has this fire pit and a wave blue smokey joe without a taco. I thought about the fire pit, but it seems kinda small.
