That looks like an interesting recipe. I guess we're all about 29 years too late to take advantage of that $2 cookbook offer mentioned above it. (And for that matter, how did 1988 become nearly 30 years ago?!?!)

The cover of that book's interesting - the artwork on the product packages is priceless.
I looked up Sam Legard out of curiosity and couldn't find very much except for some newspaper articles from 1984 about his involvement with the Washington Redskins that talked about how he cooked for the team pretty frequently at the time and owned a restaurant in the DC area.
