Smoked porkbelly

Today I smoked porkbelly with apple wood. It was marinated for 4 days using the recipe from youtube Mele Best. Tasted great warm, cold even better.

Yes I am, although the original one is still fine but I like the gbs options as well. It's now nice and greasy.
