So I take back everything I ever said about the True To Temp
I started a snake 2 wide 3 high in my 22 OTG and it held
145 for 5 hours...I did store bought corned beef , soaked it for 8 hours in clear water( change 3 times)
To get rid the salt statlered it with Dijon mustard and horseradish and coated it
With rub and into the grill for 5 hours .. it came out great.:
