So an ad had been up on my local CL for a "weber grill with smoker insert" no pictures so I just keep on scrolling
Well after a few days I got to thinking, what if it's a slow n' sear!?
No way right, probably just a smokenator. I email and ask for pictures and she sent me this

Holy crap! So for $75 I had to grab it. I plan on flipping the kettle, so hopefully I can recoup most of my money. I've never flipped a kettle before, so we'll see.
Cleaned it up today, and can't wait to try it out!

Any tips or advice from all the slow n' sear fans out there would be appreciated. Ever since I knew I was going to pick it up I've been spending all my time on their sight and searching slow n' sear here

So awesome! For low and slow I use Stubbs and my Performer. I fill the SnS with charcoal and then take unlit out of one of the corners (usually 6-9 briquettes). Light them with the gas assist and once lit pit back in the corner. Fill with warm water and adjust to desired temp. Last cook I went a little over 8 hours before adding fuel.

Oh man!  That's awesome!  Flipping kettles is fun...I've never taken a loss on any kettle I've sold.  If only I could say that about some of my other investments!
Chasing the impossibles: Westerner, Custom, Meat Cut!

Hell, I'd just keep the kettle or give it to a friend or family member. You'll love the slow n' sear, it's such an awesome tool.
Looking for colored 18's and SJ's.

Giving a kettle to someone is a pretty good feeling. I've done it twice now. Never regretted it. You will like that slow n Sear a lot.

Congrats on that hidden gem, bro. I've never flipped a kettle either, but from reading past post from @cellar2ful, taking the right pic is important. Congrats!

Oh I know, all my friends who've wanted a kettle now have one...
Giving one is as good, if not better, than scoring one

Good deal! OTS kettle looks nice and clean too.

Great thing about a one touch silver is they are a kick ass grill that you don't have to baby. I've been trying to wear mine out for years. One thing I never do is leave the lid off or hanging when not in use. That drives me crazy when I see that.
