Thinking about buying some of the Grill Care 22.5 stainless grates to give for Christmas. Have heard some stainless can rust. Anyone use these and like them? Lighter weight might be nice for a mobile kettle if not too flimsy and they don't rust. Less than $40 if I buy three.

I have had them over a year and no rust. The Vortex does not seem to bother it also.

Yeah, those are 430 stainless, Hmm, for $10 more you can get 304 stainless.

I actually just got that grate this week (the one in the amazon link).
I haven't used it yet, but it feels DAMN NICE.
I'll be reviewing it soon, along with the stainless charcoal baskets from the same company.

The stainless cooking grates look real nice. My fairly new grate is already starting to rust.. I'll probably treat my grill to this.. maybe it will be an idea for Santa
Seeking either 56-58 anything or Westerner

I ordered 4 of the 304 stainless grates from Quality Grill Parts on Amazon. They look and feel awesome. I have a pretty good magnet and it does not stick. These seem to be the real deal. Planning on grilling tomorrow with them.
