Fired up the black mbh tonight along with the 18". Of course, I forgot to get finish pics, but it was a super late cook tonight and we were hungry! Here's a quick look!
I absolutely love 18" grills, and this faded black mbh is quickly becoming my daily cooker. I'm finding myself using these old school wheelers more and more.
Still use the performer table though even when not cooking on it
Hobo pack... Cubed yellow taters, minced onion, minced garlic, Evoo, s&p.
Bone in chops marinated for the day in a "Smoky applewood" package from the store.
